If you wish to use your own creative or any creative other than what is provided to you by us, simply send the creative to your account manager and they will get it approved for you or inform you of what changes must be made to the creative in order for it to be accepted.

If you wish to have a global tracking pixel or postback URL placed on your account, you simply need to email your account manager or the FluxAds support staff  with the code and they will get it placed.

Placing your own tracking pixel is very simple and can be done on any offer. Please watch this quick video demonstration on how and where to place your pixel(s):

All affiliates are set with NET 30 default payments. FluxAds does offer weekly, bi-weekly and NET 15 payment terms for high quality/high volume publishers. To inquire about faster payments, simply contact your account manager.

The FluxAds publisher interface functions perfectly in Chrome, Safari and FireFox. At this time, Internet Explorer is not support and several features of the dashboard may not load properly if attempting to access using IE.

A Suppression List is a list of suppressed e-mail addresses used by e-mail marketers to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2004. The unsubscribed email addresses are placed into a “suppression list” which is used to “suppress” future email messages to that email address. Each individual listed in the specific offer suppression list has at one point opted to no longer receive any further email notifications or solicitations from that advertiser and/or offer.

You only need to download the suppression list if you plan to email market the offer.

We offer check, bank wire and ACH payments. Default payment is deployed by check. Contact your account manager to arrange a change in your account payment method.

You can locate your affiliate ID in any of the offer URL’s. Here is an example offer URL:
http://{example_domain}/?a=12345&c=1467&s1=

In the above URL, the affiliate ID would be 12345. Your unique affiliate ID is the number immediately following the ‘?a=’ portion of the URL.
